What you will do

• Own and maintain SOX compliance for Treasury-related processes and systems.
• Oversee day-to-day treasury back-office activities, including trade confirmations, cash movements, and bank account administration.
• End-to-end ownership of the corporate cards program, including card issuance, policy compliance, and integration with expense management systems.
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end treasury processes, in LUCID.
• Identify and lead AI and advanced analytics use cases within Treasury, such as exception monitoring, forecasting support, and automated reconciliations.
• Act as a trusted partner to Treasury, Finance, IT, Audit, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Treasury Operations / Back Office, preferably in an international or listed company.
• Strong hands-on experience with SOX compliance and audit environments.
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, Oracle NetSuite, 360T or FXALL, Banking applications etc.).
• Deep understanding of treasury products, processes, and controls.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a global environment.
