What you will do

• Own and manage the internal communications channel ecosystem, including intranet, newsletter, Slack, email, and digital signage.
• Develop and maintain an internal communications content calendar, coordinating messaging across teams.
• Create, edit, and curate high-quality content that reflects company tone of voice, culture, and strategy.
• Establish and uphold content governance standards for accuracy, inclusivity, and accessibility.
• Continuously assess and optimize internal channel performance using analytics, feedback, and insights.
• Partner with the Campaigns & Engagement Manager and Communications Business Partners to deliver company-wide and function-specific communications.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, Slack, email platforms, newsletter).
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
• Experience establishing or scaling communication channels or systems in evolving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content plans and manage editorial calendars.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
