What you will do

  • Resolve technical incidents for customers across various software, networking, and hardware environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, adapting to dynamic work environments.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements in Cloud, Storage, Virtualization, and Business Applications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Develop documentation for installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility.

Requirements

  • English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher, both verbal and written.
  • Network troubleshooting experience (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf).
  • Proficiency in deploying and configuring services like DHCP, DNS, VPN, and HTTP servers.
  • Windows Server experience, including log/dump analysis and application-level troubleshooting with Procmon/Process Explorer.
  • Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, or NTP servers.
  • Strong communication and customer focus with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Linux experience.
  • Awareness of Virtualization.
