Brand Designer, Internal (AI): Defining how the hirify.global brand is expressed internally, bringing creative ambition to internal culture by creating breakthrough creative moments and building scalable systems. Focus on owning creative direction for internal brand experience, from flagship company events to week-to-week communications.

Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in one of our offices (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY) at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Salary: $260,000 - $305,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and create breakthrough creative moments for internal audiences.
• Develop a distinctive internal design language that carries a unique hirify.global identity.
• Translate creative breakthroughs into scalable systems, templates, and design language.
• Design across a wide range of formats, including company events, environmental design, merch, and communications.
• Partner with internal communications to reimagine how internal moments are promoted and experienced.
• Support and enable people across hirify.global to generate their own creative assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand design experience with an outstanding portfolio.
• Proven track record of producing breakthrough work and building systems that enable others.
• Strong cultural intuition to calibrate on a company's internal culture and bring unexpected creative ideas.
• A true generalist comfortable designing for various formats like events, merch, or presentations.
• Collaborative and generous working style, enjoying helping others level up their creative output.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints in a fast-moving environment.
