What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data analysis to drive product excellence.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering design excellence and growth.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and empathy in product development.
• Contribute to product evolution by using and improving the design system.

Requirements

• Relevant proven experience in Product Design.
• Autonomous and impact driven.
• Experience with Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Experience with hypothesis generation, experimentations definition, and AB tests
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI products and understanding how to create intuitive AI-driven experiences.
• You have some experience writing HTML and CSS. You can communicate with developers on a technical level.
