What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic SEO initiatives based on data insights for large-scale national and international projects.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract strategic insights, formulate actionable recommendations, and supervise advanced reporting.
- Identify, implement, and automate SEO processes and workflows using scripting languages and advanced tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and test optimization techniques for Large Language Models (GEO and AEO), refining content structure and semantics.
- Ensure strategic integration of SEO with other digital marketing levers across multi-channel and multi-country contexts.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the SEO team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence, while coordinating project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-7 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role overseeing teams/projects.
- In-depth knowledge of all SEO assets (on-page, off-page, technical, content, off-site) and search engine algorithms, with a strong focus on complex e-commerce and multi-country environments.
- Expertise in web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI), and advanced data analysis for strategic insights.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO, and knowledge of various CMS.
- Mastery of common SEO tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Lumar, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Proven experience in scripting for SEO automation (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script), and in-depth knowledge of AI/Machine Learning applications, with the ability to optimize for LLM (GEO and AEO) and implementing Agentic AI.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for high-level reporting.
