What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Stibo STEP solutions from design through development, testing, release, and ongoing support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design user flows, workflows, and data quality checks for product onboarding and enrichment.
• Translate business requirements into STEP data models, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and validation frameworks.
• Influence technical architecture and integration design for STEP, including REST APIs, event-based patterns, and batch processes.
• Collaborate as an embedded lead with full-stack and Stibo STEP platform engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Provide hands-on STEP development and technical guidance to other engineers.
• Participate in on-call support rotations, triage production incidents, and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years with Stibo STEP MDM / PIM solutions with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, REST APIs, and integration design.
• Demonstrated Retail & Product Domain Knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously with diverse and distributed teams.
• Fluency in English is necessary for Québec-based candidates due to collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Stibo STEP certifications.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
