hirify.global is seeking a Product & Experience Lead to drive digital transformation and AI-enabled evolution within their corporate banking and financial services portfolio.

What you will do

• Own the Corporate/Wholesale Banking product vision and experience strategy.
• Define and embed clear KPIs across adoption, experience quality, efficiency, and growth.
• Champion a UX-first mindset and lead journey redesign across accounts, payments, trade, and transactional banking.
• Drive AI and intelligent automation use cases aligned to real business outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic bets.
• Act as the primary product partner to senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making for product launches and adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Product Leadership, UX Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience in Wholesale / Corporate / Transaction Banking or similarly complex, regulated environments.
• Strong background in UX-led product development and journey design.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, technology, data, and business.
• Comfortable operating at both executive and execution levels.
• Experience framing and delivering AI-enabled product features in a responsible, explainable way.
