What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for production.
• Build intelligent, LLM-powered systems for text- and document-heavy use cases.
• Work with unstructured data to generate usable signals.
• Integrate and operate AI components within larger backend systems.
• Continuously improve robustness, quality, and performance of AI features.
• Monitor, iterate, and improve built solutions over time.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience writing maintainable Python code.
• Solid proficiency with Python and its ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, HuggingFace).
• Practical understanding of modern ML techniques, including neural networks and fine-tuning.
• Experience implementing end-to-end ML/AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying or running AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to real-world problems.
