What you will do

• Shape the transformation of raw data into reliable, meaningful insights across the company.
• Build clean, well-structured datasets and ensure data pipelines run smoothly.
• Contribute to projects where machine learning and AI play a role, building their data foundations.
• Develop, run, and improve innovative data products for smarter, data-driven decision-making.
• Apply statistical reasoning and machine learning algorithms to reduce uncertainty and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, stakeholders, and sports performance experts globally.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026 in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, or Statistics.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience with dbt for building data models and Git for software engineering best practices.
• Solid theoretical and applied understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage for some positions.
• An outcome-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
