What you will do

• Build and maintain microservices using Golang, planning architecture and coordinating development.
• Take a hands-on role in designing and evolving solid backend systems.
• Write automated tests in Python.
• Work with agile methodologies, including TDD and BDD practices.
• Design scalable microservices architectures and automate cloud infrastructure using containers and Kubernetes.
• Handle data persistence, ensuring data safety and accessibility.
• Guide junior developers and promote a team culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, Node, Rust, and Python.
• Experience with distributed systems using gRPC, Rest, Messaging, and different protocols.
• Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL Server, Firestore, DataStore, DynamoDB, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Previous experience in teams using agile methodology with product-focused structures.
• Knowledge and interest in the financial market.
