What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key expert roles.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future capability needs.
- Actively source and engage top talent through headhunting and direct search.
- Contribute to broader discussions around skills growth, learning, and long-term talent strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in expert- or senior-level roles.
- Proven experience in demanding specialist recruitments, including end-to-end ownership and proactive headhunting/sourcing.
- Fluent Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit in a consulting environment.
- A self-driven mentality and readiness to manage diverse tasks simultaneously.
