What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and hard-to-hire technical roles in the space domain.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to leadership, advising on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain strong global pipelines of space-industry professionals.
• Design targeted sourcing strategies leveraging niche space-industry communities.
• Drive recruitment process excellence, ensuring structured, efficient, and data-driven hiring practices.
• Mentor and support recruiters within the team, contributing to capability development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including extensive hiring within the space, aerospace, or satellite sector.
• Proven track record hiring senior and highly specialized engineering profiles in the space ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of global space industry talent markets.
• Experience recruiting for hardware intensive deep tech environments or high complexity engineering organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
