What you will do
- Lead, coach, and oversee the HR Operations team (2-3 members).
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality.
- Manage HRIS, employee data accuracy, structured HR documentation, and reporting.
- Oversee payroll inputs (attendance, leave tracking, salary computation) and manage employment documentation.
- Own end-to-end global mobility for expats, including work permits, visas, relocation support, and onboarding/offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations with strong hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and HR administration.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and tech-savvy with HR systems.

- Experience working with authorities (related to labor law).
- Experience handling expatriate work permits and visas.
- Experience working with HR CoEs and global teams.
