HR Operations Lead

HR Operations Lead: Leading and managing the HR Operations team to ensure excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, and global mobility for expats. What you will do

• Lead, coach, and oversee the HR Operations team (2-3 members).
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR operational activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality.
• Manage HRIS, employee data accuracy, structured HR documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee payroll inputs (attendance, leave tracking, salary computation) and manage employment documentation.
• Own end-to-end global mobility for expats, including work permits, visas, relocation support, and onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations with strong hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and HR administration.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, employment contracts, and HR policies.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and tech-savvy with HR systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working with authorities (related to labor law).
• Experience handling expatriate work permits and visas.
• Experience working with HR CoEs and global teams.
