What you will do

• Coordinate the rollout of learning programs and bootcamps, managing participant tracking, registrations, and communication.
• Maintain and update digital learning tools, such as iLearn, ensuring proper content structure.
• Support the execution of core talent processes including engagement surveys, performance cycles, development plans, and internal mobility.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to talent, learning, and skills.
• Manage the LMS and related systems to ensure data quality and a smooth user experience.
• Develop and update documentation, templates, trackers, and coordination materials.

Requirements

• Professional experience in L&D or Talent Operations at a mid-to-senior level.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Ability to provide operational insights and manage KPI reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Saigon office (Hybrid model).
