FinOps Engineering Cloud Platform Developer (FinOps): Building and optimizing cloud platform services to enable secure and compliant public cloud adoption with an accent on API design, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud security. Focus on architecting cutting-edge platforms, programmatic enforcement of safety, and accelerating innovation in a regulated financial environment.
Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Own regional delivery outcomes for the ClientOps engagement model, connecting Cloud Platform capabilities to engineering Business Units.
- Lead structured operating rhythms, stakeholder communications, and evidence-focused reporting to improve cloud operational transparency.
- Engage business units to plan, track, and evidence operational initiatives across Cloud Platform focus areas.
- Partner with SRE/resiliency stakeholders to translate reliability concerns into measurable operational actions.
- Strengthen incident evidence and auditability by defining expectations for incident-related documentation.
- Influence adoption of cloud platform capabilities through documented patterns, templates, and self-service experiences.
Requirements
- Strong cloud platform fluency and understanding of operational requirements for safety, security, and resilience.
- Demonstrated progression in driving complex initiatives across teams in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and core services.
- Experience deploying applications to the cloud using CI/CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder-facing documentation.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and infrastructure-as-code tooling (such as CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, or Kubernetes).
- Experience with designing safe, resilient, and highly-available cloud native services.
