What you will do

• Assist in designing and executing Generative AI product evaluations within the Academic and Government division.
• Ensure evaluation processes adhere to hirify.global’s Responsible AI principles and evaluation playbooks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders on evaluation criteria and data collection.
• Analyze evaluation data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support efforts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, unbiased, and equitable.
• Communicate evaluation results effectively to diverse audiences and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Basic understanding of Responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability).
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Some experience or internships in data analysis, AI/ML evaluation, or related areas.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimental design, and evaluation metrics.
• Interest in the academic research lifecycle and publishing.
