What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI-powered AI assistants for financial planning use cases.
• Build and orchestrate conversational agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop and maintain chatbot workflows for multi-step reasoning and life-scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with product, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to integrate AI assistants.
• Experiment with prompt design, conversation flows, and agent architectures to improve user engagement.
• Evaluate and iterate on model behavior, response quality, and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Science or Applied AI roles.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or conversational agents.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience integrating AI components into production systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (preferably AWS Bedrock).
• Experience working in agile teams.
