Senior Payments and Fraud Analyst

Senior Payments and Fraud Analyst (Data Analytics): Developing and maintaining performance reports for payments analytics and automating data processes with an accent on identifying cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities. Focus on monitoring and investigating data to detect anomalies, prevent fraudulent activities, and optimize payment flows.

Location: This role is primarily based in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day), Kaunas, Klaipėda (Lithuania), or Riga (Latvia). Candidates have the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world annually.

Salary: €3,800–€5,200 gross/month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.
• Support report users and prioritize their requests.
• Merge complex data sources and automate data processes.
• Set, communicate, and track KPIs for products, proactively flagging issues.
• Provide insights to improve key business metrics and recommend actions.
• Monitor data to detect anomalies, prevent fraudulent fraudulent activities, and keep chargebacks low.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret complex business data.
• Good level of SQL with ambition to improve.
• Ability to optimize analysis time and make independent decisions.
• English: Very good written and spoken (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience working with risk.
• Experience with DBT.
