What you will do
- Provide training assistance and develop comprehensive training materials (written and visual).
- Manage schedules and communications for IT training programs.
- Ensure a positive and effective learning environment for trainees.
- Support innovation and evolution activities within ESA’s digital workplace.
- Perform administrative support tasks including document organization and room preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Social Sciences, or IT-related field, or at least 4 years of relevant IT work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience overall.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with communication technologies, graphic design, and digital content management.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Proven track record in working within IT projects, particularly within the MS Office 365 ecosystem.
- Work experience in an international environment.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
