What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end training for chauffeurs to ensure a consistent five-star experience.
• Deliver practical, authoritative training sessions to experienced service professionals.
• Monitor passenger feedback and service metrics to identify and address quality gaps.
• Conduct mystery shops and structured assessments against global standards.
• Lead investigations into service incidents and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Partner with global teams to refine training materials and share best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-quality group or classroom training for experienced professionals.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing luxury environment such as five-star hospitality or premium aviation.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge others effectively.
• Experience working in environments where service quality is strictly measured and audited.
• Must be physically present in Paris for an in-person, office-based role.
• Strong commitment to discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of their technical specifications.
