What you will do

• Own end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows from commit to production.
• Evolve 1‑Click deployment/provisioning to be reliable, auditable, and DR‑ready.
• Implement progressive delivery patterns and automated deployment health checks.
• Design and operate scalable, cost‑efficient build infrastructure.
• Establish guardrails and policy as code.
• Drive reliability via SLOs, runbooks, incident response, and post‑incident improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years building/operating CI/CD and Kubernetes‑based platforms in cloud environments.
• Strong in GitHub Actions (or equivalent), IaC (Terraform), and Kubernetes deployment patterns.
• Solid coding ability in Go or Python for platform automation/services.
• Deep understanding of release safety.
• Experience with production observability and SLOs.
• Excellent collaboration and enablement skills with product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience running self‑hosted runners at scale, ephemeral build infra, or remote caching.
• Supply chain security familiarity: SBOMs, SLSA levels, image signing, and provenance.
• DR/Resilience work.
• Cost/performance optimization of CI/CD at scale.
