What you will do

• Develop existing partners and attract potential partners.
• Increase sales and implement the sales plan.
• Promote products from hirify.global's portfolio and conclude deals.
• Provide equipment for testing and consult partners in pilot projects.
• Communicate with responsible employees of partners or customers regarding projects.
• Account for and manage transactions in CRM, and report on them.
• Participate in exhibitions, marketing, and corporate events.
• Monitor competitors and collaborate with local office staff.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Language skills: fluent Russian and Uzbek, basic English.
• 3+ years of work experience, including contract management.
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT distribution market in Uzbekistan.
• Understanding of business processes in sales.
• Direct participation in projects/sales from $500k.
• Experience in holding presentations to TOP customers or partners.
