What you will do

• Lead daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and M365 systems.
• Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and proactive incident resolution using monitoring tools.
• Manage service delivery, KPIs, and SLAs to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee internal teams and external vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.
• Enforce security policies, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with ISO/IEC standards.
• Align infrastructure capabilities with business goals while driving technological innovation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 10+ years in technical delivery or consulting.
• Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect with large-scale cloud migration projects (1000+ VMs).
• Deep expertise in Azure and AWS platforms, virtualization (VMware), and enterprise networking.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing independent functions and budgets.
• Expertise in disaster recovery solutions and identity management (Azure AD, B2B/B2C).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified Solution Architect, or TOGAF 9.
• Knowledge of ITIL service design or transition frameworks.
• Expertise in storage networking (Fibre Channel, NAS) and enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault).
• Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA) or HashiCorp Terraform.
