What you will do

• Design & build features for LE’s learning platforms.
• Write automated tests, perform QA, monitor releases, and resolve bugs.
• Create technical designs/diagrams; define APIs, data flows, and cloud resources.
• Maintain infrastructure (patching, performance tuning) and recommend tooling and system changes.
• Support and coach engineers; partner with product and ASU teams.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and testing/validation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional software development, including 3+ years on Agile teams.
• Core stack proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript & Node.js with modern web frameworks (Vue.js/Nuxt.js); bonus for working knowledge of Python and/or PHP.
• Hands-on AWS experience plus strong software architecture/design skills (APIs, data flows, scalable systems).
• Skilled at troubleshooting/diagnosis and applying excellent time management & prioritization.
• Clear verbal/written/presentation skills; experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident - Sponsorship and C2C are NOT available
