Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer: Building and optimizing software services and platforms that impact thousands of employees and millions of hirify.global users with an accent on API design, debugging production issues, and system architecture. Location: Primarily based in New York, Seattle, or South San Francisco HQs. Applicants not located in the US may be considered, and can request their location-specific salary range during the interview process.

Salary: $155,700 - $235,200 annually

What you will do

• Scope, architect, and lead technical projects.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems.
• Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Teach and mentor engineers.
• Partner with engineers and product managers on infrastructure and other product teams.

Requirements

• 2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in any programming language.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks.
