Location: Remote (preference for Northeast - United States, with up to 20% travel when needed)

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Architect and deploy production-level AI tooling meeting security, networking, and data integration requirements.
• Build and maintain internal AI tooling infrastructure for demos, learning, POCs, and production workflows.
• Establish consistency in the AI tooling stack by defining standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Build context management infrastructure for AI agent networks, including vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Design and implement system integrations to bring data from enterprise sources into AI applications.
• Develop internal applications to streamline Field Engineering workflows and accelerate customer engagement.
• Track adoption metrics and tooling effectiveness by instrumenting the AI tooling stack and providing data-driven insights.
• Manage AI tooling infrastructure and spend by overseeing cloud costs, monitoring consumption, and deploying automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a technical role with expertise in Cloud Platforms & Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, serverless), AI Tooling (AI-assisted development platforms, prompt engineering, AI workflow automation), Context Management & Agent Networks (vector databases, RAG, embedding models, multi-agent orchestration), Application Development (TypeScript/Node.js, Python), Metrics & Analytics, System Integration & Data Pipelines, Security & Platform Administration, and Infrastructure Automation & DevOps (IaC, Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps).
• Deep Specialty Expertise in at least one of: Security (securing AI environments), System Integrations & Application Deployment, or Developer Experience & AI Tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python; proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript highly desirable.
• 2+ years experience with data technologies (Spark, Kafka, data pipelines) and modern application architectures.

• Experience with modern web application frameworks (React, Next.js).
