Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $144,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and prototype world-class, interactive learning experiences grounded in generative AI, instructional design, and UI principles.
• Research emerging technologies and distill complex concepts into simple, useful, and delightful learning experiences.
• Write software and build internal tools to support innovation across hirify.global’s lab platforms.
• Conduct open-ended research by designing experiments with large language models, writing reusable code, and organizing results.
• Create clear, concise documentation to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams to evolve prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EdTech, learning platforms, or educational content development.
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages (Python, React, TypeScript, or similar).
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative technology projects, learning experiences, or custom learning environments.
