What you will do

• Lead layout artists, providing artistic and technical direction, support, and mentorship.
• Translate previs and creative intent into final layout solutions suitable for downstream departments.
• Review layout shots, provide actionable feedback, and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee matchmove and rotoanimation work executed by external vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Manage project information for team members, including shot reviews and QC, and attend meetings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a lead or senior role within Layout and/or Matchmove for feature film VFX.
• Strong understanding of layout principles, camera language, shot composition, and staging.
• Expertise in 3D tracking principles and matchmove workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Maya, 3DEqualizer & Nuke.
• Intermediate knowledge of Shotgun / Shotgrid or similar production tracking tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
