What you will do

• Provide generalist HR services, including employee relations, recruitment documentation, development, and performance management.
• Lead new hire orientation to ensure a beneficial and engaging onboarding experience.
• Support the establishment of company ethics, values, and culture.
• Enhance employee engagement by organizing internal events and building advocacy programs.
• Design and implement performance management systems to align individual and team goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences.
• Ability to work efficiently with MS Office Programs.
• English: B2 required.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive and self-starting with a keen interest in fostering a positive work environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Istanbul, Turkey.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in employer branding, employee experience, or performance management.
• Relevant knowledge of the gaming industry.
