What you will do
- Lead HR operations, reporting, and ensure legal compliance with Turkish labor laws.
- Manage external payroll processes and employment transitions for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies, KPIs, and initiatives like performance reviews and engagement surveys.
- Organize and oversee training programs to upskill employees and promote continuous learning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and build strategic partnerships with Technopark and local authorities.
- Oversee general office management activities for smooth daily operations and workplace efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, handling diverse HR projects.
- In-depth understanding of Turkey’s labor market and legal compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize company goals.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all roles and levels.
- Working-level English (C1) and fluency in Turkish required.
- Willingness to travel within Turkey.
