What you will do
- Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and ongoing spend projections for Marketing and External Affairs.
- Build and maintain accrual- and cash-based budget models with clean outputs for the FP&A system (Pigment).
- Partner with leaders to manage budgets dynamically, including reallocations and tradeoff analysis.
- Deliver ROI and performance analyses tied to CAC, Magic Number, channel efficiency, attribution, and pricing.
- Own budget vs. actuals reporting and support month-end close, accruals, and prepaids.
- Support 13-week cash forecasting and headcount planning in partnership with HR and Recruiting.
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing and External Affairs leadership.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Comfort managing complex OpEx budgets with shifting priorities.
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders and non-finance partners.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.

- Marketing/GTM experience.
- Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, and BI tools.
