What you will do

  • Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and ongoing spend projections for Marketing and External Affairs.
  • Build and maintain accrual- and cash-based budget models with clean outputs for the FP&A system (Pigment).
  • Partner with leaders to manage budgets dynamically, including reallocations and tradeoff analysis.
  • Deliver ROI and performance analyses tied to CAC, Magic Number, channel efficiency, attribution, and pricing.
  • Own budget vs. actuals reporting and support month-end close, accruals, and prepaids.
  • Support 13-week cash forecasting and headcount planning in partnership with HR and Recruiting.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing and External Affairs leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Comfort managing complex OpEx budgets with shifting priorities.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders and non-finance partners.
  • Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • Marketing/GTM experience.
  • Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, and BI tools.
