What you will do

• Design and maintain complex generative AI workflows and pipelines in ComfyUI.
• Generate and refine screen-ready character elements for feature film production.
• Lead R&D for open-source video generation models, focusing on temporal consistency.
• Utilize next-gen image editing and conditioning tools for precise asset manipulation.
• Manage asset training and fine-tuning workflows (LoRA, embeddings) for consistent artistic vision.
• Collaborate with artists and production teams to integrate generative AI techniques.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with ComfyUI and Python scripting.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a technical creative role demonstrating mastery of high-fidelity digital art workflows.
• Generative Video & Image Expertise: Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Diffusion Transformers, Flow Matching) and open-source models.
• Photoshop Proficiency: Advanced skills for refining photorealistic imagery.
• Model Management: Experience managing compatibility between various architecture types.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and artistic vision with generative AI.
