Software Engineer (Networking)

Software Engineer (Networking/Infrastructure): Building and optimizing global scale multi-cloud infrastructure and core platform services with an accent on edge traffic delivery, reliability engineering, and automation. Focus on designing, developing, and operating highly reliable, secure, scalable, and performant systems for DNS management, TLS termination, load balancing, and traffic routing.

What you will do

• Design, lead, and own significant infrastructure projects with company-wide impact.
• Contribute to the design and operation of highly reliable, secure, scalable, and performant infrastructure.
• Develop software to grow the fleet of services and deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure service uptime.
• Investigate and fix production issues, driving blameless incident post-mortems.
• Execute complex technical projects while partnering with various internal teams.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale production systems.
• Proven track record of planning, running, and delivering cross-team projects.
• Experience with at least one advanced programming language (C++, Java, Go, Python).
• Hands-on experience with one or more public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with automating operations at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet).
