What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and content strategies.
• Write compelling, target group-oriented texts for websites, social media, and advertising material.
• Optimize content according to SEO guidelines to increase organic reach.
• Manage editorial planning and content productions in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize AI-supported tools for the efficient creation, optimisation, and personalisation of text content.
• Interpret campaign results and continuously optimize content performance.

Requirements

• Completed studies or at least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Creative flair for storytelling, brand communication, and digital trends.
• Confident handling of SEO methods, keyword strategies, and performance optimisation.
• In-depth experience with generative AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, or Midjourney.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of editorial content for various digital channels.
