Senior Product Analyst (Fintech): Contributing to the evolution of hirify.global by providing analytical insights and supporting decision-making for the core BNPL purchase flow with an accent on maintaining and monitoring key checkout performance metrics, developing data visualizations, and supporting cross-functional teams. Focus on generating hypotheses, conducting research and A/B tests, and assisting in planning necessary data structures and quality improvements.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, with schedule based on Dubai time. Relocation opportunities are available for Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain.

What you will do
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to provide analytical insights and support roadmap planning.
- Maintain and monitor key checkout performance metrics, identify improvements, and develop new metrics.
- Develop informative and easily understood data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams with a focus on building self-serve tools and automations.
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research, A/B tests, and present compelling findings.
- Assist in planning data structures and quality improvements, and build reusable data sources.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, LookerStudio, or Amplitude.
- Experience in working with DBT.
- Confident knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with financial or fintech products.
- English: Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
