We’re hiring an Integration Intelligence Specialist to dig into technical signals across our systems, webhooks, API traffic, logs, and metadata to identify, classify, and document the external platforms connected to our gateway.

🍇 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Dig through webhooks, API traffic, logs, and metadata to identify integrated platforms;
✔️ Reverse-engineer integration patterns and recognize common frameworks and platforms;
✔️ Build and maintain a living map of who and what is integrated into our gateway;
✔️ Spot platform fingerprints (e-commerce, billing tools, marketplaces, custom builds, etc.);
✔️ Work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to validate findings;
✔️ Suggest better tracking, tagging, and observability so we’re not blind again in the future;
✔️ Produce clear documentation and reports for both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.

Requirements:
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems;
✔️ Experience analyzing request payloads, headers, logs, and traffic patterns;
✔️ Familiarity with payment gateways and fintech platforms;
✔️ Comfortable poking around systems and figuring things out without a playbook;
✔️ Familiarity with payments, fintech, or SaaS integrations;
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
