What you will do

• Deliver technical support services to worldwide customers across hirify.global's product portfolio.
• Provide guidance on software usage, best practices, service restoration, and performance tuning.
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Work autonomously to resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Occasionally work on nights, weekends, and holidays, with efforts made to minimize impact using a global team.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1).
• Experience with the Linux command line.
• Experience with database technologies and knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with database related terminology.
• Desire to learn and improve, self-motivated, and a strong team-player.
• Must be based in the Dominican Republic.

Nice to have

• Prior hirify.global, Percona or MySQL experience.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages.
• Sysadmin experience or RDBMS certification.
• Experience with virtualization software, containers, or server monitoring.
