What you will do

• Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team.
• Deploy and configure hirify.global standard integrations with customer ERP systems.
• Guide and support customers in the use of hirify.global REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Configure hirify.global SaaS applications and support best-practice configuration.
• Implement Data Capture solutions and EDI invoice imports.
• Provide documented setup and configuration for handover to the support team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and APIs.
• Previous experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS environments.
• Structured working approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work evening shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
