What you will do

• Lead the implementation and launch of a subscription management system.
• Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain and update customer billing information, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and accounts for accurate financial reporting.
• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and industry-specific billing standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience implementing billing or financial software.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based billing models and contract management.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.

• Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages are a plus.
