What you will do

Manage the entire recruiting process from intake to offer for the Prague Tech Hub.
Execute sophisticated strategies for technical leadership, navigating complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
Build talent pipelines before requisitions open, maintaining relationships with top talent.
Act as a strategic advisor to Engineering Managers, challenging role scopes and interview structures.
Deploy creative, data-driven sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn.
Champion hirify.global's employer brand in Prague, representing the company at local tech meetups.

Requirements

7+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with 4+ years in Technical Recruiting in high-growth environments.
Fluency in English with cultural intelligence to navigate local and global stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of the Czech talent landscape, including compensation benchmarks and tax nuances.
Technical Literacy to credibly interview Principal Engineers and Technical Directors.
Proven ability to influence Senior VP and Engineering leadership.
Data-driven optimization mindset to constantly optimize the recruiting funnel, leveraging AI and automation.
