What you will do

• Develop scalable, highly available core platform services as part of an agile team.
• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and test engineers.
• Apply performance and scalability principles when developing software.
• Troubleshoot and support the current platform in production, being part of an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in server-side development and integrations using Java.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in design, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge and experience in building Spring Framework applications and implementing RESTful and RPC interfaces.
• Experience developing and deploying internet-scale, distributed services working with SQL and NoSQL databases and caches.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team with strong communication skills.
