What you will do

• Lead and deliver programs and projects within agreed time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Develop and maintain excellent global stakeholder relationships and suggest business process improvements.
• Set up project governance processes, ensuring key resources are actively involved.
• Work with product vendors, implementation partners, and internal technology teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Support business product owners and communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders.
• Secure and maintain buy-in from business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of project delivery experience, with at least 5 years in Programme or Project Management.
• Comprehensive experience leading and delivering business system projects in a global environment.
• Thorough 3rd party engagement and management experience, including RFI and RFP initiatives.
• Strong project lifecycle knowledge, having delivered multiple projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management techniques.
• Good knowledge of some ERP, Digital, Marketing, and Finance modules or processes.
• Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2).
• Experience managing a portfolio of interconnected or diverse projects.
• Experience with organizational complexities in a multi-national matrix organization.
• Knowledge and experience of the publishing industry and processes.
• Background in Business Process Reengineering.
