What you will do

• Lead the rollout of mentoring programs and experiential learning flows.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Discipline Leads and Producers.
• Maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, and risk registers, organizing reviews and preparing reports.
• Provide regular updates to and manage expectations and feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly risk assessments, escalate critical issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Promote and continuously improve workflows using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, supporting competency framework development.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in gaming, creative tech, or L&D.
• Experience with knowledge management activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
