What you will do

• Own the vision and execution of local AI products, from roadmap to release.
• Contribute significantly to the product's codebase (at least 50% of time).
• Lead a cross-functional pod of middleware (JS), foundation (C++), QA, and documentation engineers.
• Align stakeholders on the product roadmap by building mockups and writing PRDs.
• Assess market position and leverage design/architecture expertise.
• Ensure stable releases by following precise internal release processes.

Requirements

• Ability to align stakeholders on the product roadmap by building mockups and writing product requirements documents (PRD).
• Strong coding skills, willing to contribute at least 50% of time to the codebase.
• Experience managing a cross-functional team (pod) made of middleware (JS), foundation (C++), QA and documentation engineers.
• Proficiency in assessing market position qualitatively and quantitatively with regards to similar products or platforms.
• Ability to leverage design and technical architects to ensure high-quality user/developer experience and robust architectural choices.
• Competence in ensuring stable releases by following precise internal release processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
