What you will do

• Develop complex widgets and features in products and websites using nested components/modules.
• Develop reliable lower-order utilities and modules for other front-end engineers.
• Guide and assist Front-end engineers in solving UI problems and debugging issues.
• Evaluate technical competencies of potential candidates for front-end engineering roles.
• Engage in code reviews and maintain high code standards.
• Provide upward feedback to team leads and managers on technical and team-level issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in frontend technologies.
• Expertise in front-end fundamentals and technical design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks (Ember/React is a plus) and understanding of their limitations.
• Expertise in evaluating, testing, and implementing tools to improve developer efficiency.
• Ability to take complete ownership of requirements and provide strong solutions independently.
• Ability to balance quality and predictable deliveries.
