Salary: $196,750—$243,290 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy secure, efficient, and reliable age assurance products, focusing on the user experience for facial age estimation and related behavioral features.
• Develop high-quality, user-centric, and low-friction front-end solutions, applying an adversarial and data-driven lens to proactively address security vulnerabilities.
• Build a centralized platform to provide intuitive UX for age assurance and access control options to various product teams within hirify.global and to the wider creator community.
• Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial design and creation through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Drive and establish next-generation technical and quality standards for the team’s frontend stack.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UI scripting languages and modern frameworks, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Lua, and React.
• 2+ years of experience in compiled backend languages such as Golang, Java, or C#.
• A strong focus on writing clear, readable, testable, and highly monitored code.
• A customer-first mindset demonstrated through exceptional cross-team collaboration and delivery.
