What you will do
- Plan and create deployment schedules for software updates and releases, bundling projects into releases.
- Maintain software consistency and resolve issues related to failed distributions.
- Implement and maintain End Point Security solutions and services (Solidcore, McAfee, ePO server).
- Administer White Lists and ePO server.
- Serve as the single point of contact to triage and escalate incidents to functional teams.
- Perform intermediate troubleshooting for software problems for all customers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a related work environment.
- Advanced PC/MS Office and Windows Operating Systems assistance skills.
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work constructively and collaboratively across organizations to achieve goals.
- Minimum C1 English language skills required.
- Ability to work with various teams and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ATM features and functionality.
- Understanding of ITIL.
- Help desk or technical support experience.
- Knowledge of one or more ticketing systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others).
