What you will do

• Analyze and assess CVE reports; recommend mitigations, workarounds, and remediation steps.
• Support ongoing governance and compliance efforts.
• Contribute to the security hardening of hirify.global products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Support product penetration testing by maintaining target systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systems.
• Ability to understand code in languages such as Java or C.
• Strong understanding of software architectures, data-flows, and data-protection principles.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, Python).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of IP networking and protocols (e.g., IPv4/6, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with higher-layer protocols and security architectures (e.g., TLS, SSH).
• Knowledge of compliance domains such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
