TL;DR

Junior Operations Specialist (Igaming): Supports daily operational activities and internal processes within assigned scope with an accent on tracking tasks, requests, and incidents through internal tools. Focus on coordination between internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks, professional skills development and adoption of internal operational standards and practices.

Location: Zagreb, Croatia. Work from the office with occasional possibility of remote work.

Salary: 1.900 EUR (gross/brutto1)

What you will do

  • Supports daily operational activities and internal processes within assigned scope.
  • Assists in tracking tasks, requests and incidents through internal tools (e.g., JIRA or similar systems).
  • Collects and maintains operational data, documentation and reports.
  • Supports coordination between internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
  • Participates in testing, validation or quality checks of operational processes and tools where applicable.
  • Identifies operational issues and escalates them to senior team members.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of operational processes and tools.
  • Experience with task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
